Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order any time before it has been shipped, directly from My Orders in your account, or by contacting us.

Before Shipping

Orders cancelled before they're shipped are cancelled in full. If you paid via Google Pay, your refund will be processed once the cancellation is confirmed.

After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may be able to return it after delivery instead. See our Return Policy for details.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, simply don't accept the delivery if you've changed your mind and haven't been able to cancel in time — or contact us as early as possible to stop the shipment.
